Welcome to my E-Portfolio. I am a critical care radiographer looking to further develop my leadership skills. I am currently in the process of pursuing a Master in Health Studies at Athabasca University with a focus in leadership. I am hoping to utilize my e-Portfolio to showcase my learning throughout the program and also to share resources on both my profession and the Canadian health system.

As a leader my mission is to use data-driven decision making to roll out process improvements and increase efficiency within the unit.  This must be done while also maintaining our standards of providing excellent patient centered care.
